Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

What you’re buying

TH Capital done-for-you services (AI Review Manager, AI Blog Engine, and the Growth Bundle that combines them) are monthly subscriptions. Each billing period we produce and deliver the work described in your plan to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by replying to any email from thomas@thcapitalgrowth.com. Cancellation stops all future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access and delivery through that date. We do not require a phone call, and cancelling is as easy as signing up.

Refunds

Because real work and AI cost is incurred to fulfill each period, the current billing period is non-refundable once it has begun. We do issue refunds for: a charge where no work was delivered, a duplicate or accidental charge, or a technical failure on our side that we cannot cure. “Changed my mind” or work already delivered and used are not refundable.

Quality guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a specific deliverable falls below our quality bar, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will first redo it at no charge. If the redo still misses, we issue a service credit for that deliverable toward your next invoice. This guarantee:

• applies to the affected deliverable, not your whole subscription;
• is a service credit, not a cash refund;
• must be claimed within 14 days of that deliverable;
• is capped at the value of the affected deliverable, and no more than one month of your plan in any billing period;
• requires your account to be active and in good standing.

We guarantee delivery on the cadence you signed up for and the quality of the work itself. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or social engagement — those depend on factors outside any provider’s control.

Your accounts and connections

For us to publish on your behalf, you may connect your own website or accounts (for example, a WordPress application password). You can revoke any connection at any time from your account page or directly in that platform. We use these connections only to deliver the service you purchased.

Ownership

You own the work. Every article, post, and review response we produce for you is yours to keep and use, even after you cancel.

Service provided “as is”

Our services and everything we deliver are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our work is produced with AI and automated systems and may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or rely on it. As noted above, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TH Capital and T&E Capital Partners LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the work, or your violation of these terms or the law.
